Selling

Step one: Asking yourself Why? and Where?

These two basic questions: Why am I selling?  Where do I want to move too?  When answered honestly, will help with your motivation to sell.

Step two: Home Market Evaluation

I will view your home and comeback to you with a Home Market Evaluation.  This document will detail my objectives, my full marketing plan, your expenses, homecheck list and sold comparables. From here we can price your home for the market.

Step Three: Exposure is the key

After listing your home, I will expose it for all buyers and realtors to see. From professional signage and photographs, Sutton office all page, Real Estate Board's MLXchange system (out to all the realtors), Real Estate Boards internet site 'Realtylink.org' and mls.ca (out to the public), Real Estate Boards 'Realty Link in Print' publication, www.HerbJohnstone.com, and flyers to the surrounding neighborhood. The results will be communicated back to you promptly.

Step Four: Negotiate and Communicate

I will represent you upon the presentation of all offers, and negotiate the best possible price and terms for you, and keep you informed right thru to the completion of the sale.
